Who we are

Legacy Four Solutions LLC is a food service brokerage registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia and based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This policy covers the website at legacyfoursolutions.com.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us. If you submit the quote request form, that means:

• Your name and, if you provide it, your organization
• Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
• What you need, your deliver-to location, and any due date you enter
• Any details you type into the message field
• Any file you attach — typically a bid packet or specification sheet

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal identifiers. Please do not send them through this form.

How we use it

To respond to your request, price your requirement, and if it goes forward, to fulfill the order. That is the whole purpose. We may need to share the relevant parts of your specification — product requirements, volumes, delivery location — with a manufacturing partner or carrier in order to quote or deliver it. We share the minimum needed to do the job.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.

Where it is stored

This site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions (including attachments) are stored in Netlify's form service and forwarded to our email. Netlify processes this data on our behalf as our hosting provider. Correspondence that follows lives in our business email system.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used — how many people visit, which pages they read, how they arrived, and roughly which country and device type they are on. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device in order to do that, and the data is processed by Google, which may involve transfer outside your country.

We use it only to measure the site. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not use it to build advertising audiences, and we do not combine it with the information you send us through the quote form.

You can opt out. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Google publishes a browser add-on that disables Google Analytics entirely: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and the correspondence around them are kept as ordinary business records, including where we are required to retain bid and contract documentation for public-sector work. If you would like your enquiry deleted and we are not required to retain it, ask us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kosborne@legacyfoursolutions.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your local law; tell us and we will honour what applies.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No system is perfect, so please use judgment about what you send through a web form.

Children

This is a business-to-business and government contracting site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
