Product Capability
Every category below is something we can quote and place today. None of it is made by us — it is produced by established, audited domestic manufacturing partners whose lines we know, whose certifications we hold copies of, and whose lead times we track.
01 — Meal Programs
Complete meal programs built to a calorie target, a budget, and a dietary profile — not pulled off a shelf and hoped to fit. Shelf-stable kits for distribution and storage, frozen kits where cold chain is available.
02 — Bakery
Bread built for the rigors of institutional and food service environments — consistent quality, extended shelf life, and sanitary single- and multi-serve packaging for schools, healthcare facilities, correctional institutions, and large-scale dining operations.
03 — Components
Finished sandwiches, or the individual components that let your kitchen build a compliant tray. Useful when a solicitation asks for a component list rather than a finished meal — we can quote it either way.
04 — Bulk
High-volume snack and beverage programs for distributors, retailers, institutions, and commissaries — the categories where consistency and on-time arrival matter more than novelty.
05 — Specification
This is usually the hard part of a bid, and it is where a broker earns their keep. We source to the restriction rather than around it, and we tell you plainly when a line cannot be met as written.
06 — Packaging
Traditional meal kits lean hard on cardboard. Recyclable in theory — landfilled in practice, in most high-volume settings. Our partner plants have been building boxless kits for years using bundled shrink-wrap in place of the outer carton.
Smaller, lighter packages mean more meals per trailer, which usually means a lower delivered cost per meal — before you count the sustainability language it gives you for your own reporting.
Services
Sourcing the item is half the job. These are the pieces that decide whether the award actually lands.
Ask anyway. Most of what we place never appears on a capability page — if we can't source it, we'll tell you that in a day rather than string you along for a month.
